My name is Edyta and I have been a practising counsellor in South West London ( Balham, Clapham Brixton at Body&Mind Centre). I am committed to providing counselling and psychotherapy in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment.
I work with both adults and adolescence on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period, with the aim of enabling you to enhance your life and to live it more fully.

Why may you need counselling / therapy?
If you were rejected, neglected or mistreated by the adults responsible for your when you were growing up.
You may need therapy If you experienced favoritism at home, school or work or if you were bullied at home, school or work.
You may benefit form therapy if you are feeling unattractive, ugly or unworthy. You are in need of counselling if you were betrayed by someone who you were in intimate relationship with.
Therapy is a good step forward if you are abusing food, drink or drugs.
You might need counselling if you survived traumatic loss of something much loved: a person, a pet, a job but you struggle with aftermath of it.
Therapy will help to rewrite past experiences when you might experience devaluation because of your looks, accent, class, nationality, race, gender, sexual orientation or religion.
